Anonymous: im sorry ur having a shit night :( I remember seeing ur post about going 100 days without self harm, it actually inspired me 2 try and stop! Ive only made it maximum 27 days without relapsing so far but i guess what Im trying 2 say is that I really admire you for sticking it out for so long and hope ur able to get through tonight! I know life can feel hopeless sometimes and i obviously dont know exactly what ur going though but try 2 remember there r good days ahead, no matter how bleak it seems

Anonymous: Take deep breaths and focus on your breathing. Lie down. Close your eyes. If you want to, try listening to a guided meditation on youtube, or just imagine yourself walking around somewhere very relaxing (the beach, a rainforest, a long, quiet road). I usually picture a white light glowing in my mind and moving all the way down to my feet and healing me as it moves. it sounds silly but meditation is really important and it always helps me work through difficult feelings (which are not facts!).
Meditation has always made me just focus more on whats bothering me
